Perfect Getaway for a Family Celebration
We came to the hotel for my partner's birthday and it was fantastic! They upgraded our room, decorated it with balloons and petals, and we returned to find a bottle of prosecco and birthday cake waiting for us. Just beyond exceptional service! The staff did everything possible to make our stay feel special.
It wasn’t exactly the cheapest option, but frankly, it was worth every penny.

Amazing staff made it special
The location is perfect, right in the West End. The breakfast on the terrace is super yummy! The staff were next level – they totally made my girlfriend's birthday special. Just wished our room was cleaner, it felt a bit outdated and the air con was noisy. Still, we had a great time overall!

Fantastic room and heavenly bed. Love the vibrant decor and the charming terrace!
Had to dodge noise like it was a sport—breakfast at 7:30? More like a no-curtain, no-peace situation!

The breakfast was nice and fresh. Staff were friendly and apologetic when mistakes happened. The location was superb for exploring key nearby attractions. My partner and I enjoyed the easy access to shopping areas, which made the overall experience memorable.
The room was dated, and the bathroom felt small. Some amenities needed improvement, like the thin towels. It had a noticeable stain on the chair, which was disappointing. Overall, for the price, I expected more.

Upon arrival, I found the check-in process to be frustrating as I was turned away due to payment methods not aligning with their policies. The hotel itself shows signs of wear, with areas like the corridors needing maintenance, and room cleanliness lacks consistency, as I encountered some disappointing details in the bathroom. the dining options fell short, with poor quality in room service food and limited choices that could be disappointing for families.

the noise from the street could be heard at night which was a bit annoying. also, we noticed some windows could use a little fixin up, they seemed old and needed attention.

The location of The Dilly is fantastic, right near all the major attractions. I loved the friendly staff. they were really helpful throughout my stay. The room was a decent size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. I did encounter some issues. The check-in process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating after a long flight. The room decor felt a bit outdated and, at times, I heard a lot of noise from other guests, impacting the overall relaxation. I also dealt with some delays in room service when I first arrived, which didn’t help. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed the impressive breakfast with a variety of options.
